Sell it and buy the slick version. You are going to have to pay for shipping, machining, and refinishing.... I have never attempted this process but my guess is you aren't going to come out much better than you would by selling/buying another rifle. Might call ADCO and see if they can do it... locally we have Innovative Arms who has a CNC and does a good job but he's been pretty swamped with suppressor production. Those are the only two that come to mind. |

You're going for a KAC URX type of look?
Someone in the KAC picture thread in their industry page did some milling on their URX and it came out very well. I forget what page they were on but it would be worth mentioning in the KAC forums to see if anyone replies quickly. I also recall seeing someone mill out their BCM KMR top rail a little bit in the 2A-Armament BALIOS Lite pic thread. Sounds like you'll have a great looking rifle once it's finished. What does the current setup look like? |
