| Has anyone heard of these PEC armory rifles? I saw an ad for them in RECOIL. No reviews to be found 81 likes on Facebook, with a $1425 price tag on their .556. Part of me wants to give em a shot (they're pretty good looking rifles going by the website pictures) most of me is very skeptical. Looking for any feedback at all. |

81 whole likes?
Here you go OP, get one that is known, from a great vendor HERE |

Their pictures look good....but take it from a marketing/IT guy....that don't mean nothin, lol.
Looks like they mill their own handguards and everything, and it appears to be cerakoted as well. Most modern production ARs will run fine, but they aren't all the same. If I'm spending 1500 bucks on an AR(and I did on my 6920 out of the box, because I bought at the wrong time) I'm buying a brand name as much as anything else. You can build something that works probably better than that gun for half the price. Just way too much money on an obscure brand. |

I live 45 minutes from Pensacola, FL. Want me to go knock on their door? |

Yeah. I just wish someone else would give them a shot and see just what they're actually about. They could ship me one for free and I would be happy to do a detailed unbiased review. Free? A minute ago you were going to give $1425. Was it the plastic MBUS, or the carbine gas 1:9 16" that was the appeal? All fun aside, no bashing, I think you should cough up the dough and give arfcom a full review, compared to your other rifles. Do it for the children... |

I wasn't ready to do anything. $1425 is a lot for a rifle I know nothing about. And yes. The mbus was rather appealing. They make cool sounds when you flip em up. Makes me feel tacticool. DD is the next purchase, I was just curious to know where this company dropped out of the sky from
