They make great triggers but they have fallen out of favor lately.  They are sort of complicated with lots of parts in the complete assembly and tedious to adjust all the setscrews and spring tensions.  Great once all setup.

I've had a Jewell for nearly 20 years in a Colt large pin... great trigger, but now all I buy is Giessele High Speed match, crisper and more consistent

I have one.  They're awesome once you have them tuned in.  Installation is a giant pain in the ass, and tuning isn't any easier.  Do yourself a favor and just get the Geissele G2S.

Thanks for the reviews, but I was wondering why they don't seem to be available.

(If I did buy one my gunsmith would install and adjust it.)

Have you contacted Great Scott Shooters?

I got one for a bolt action rifle I'm putting together from him, and he does have the Jewell's listed for AR's.

It's a pain in the ass to install, but not something you'd be unable to do.  A gunsmith cannot adjust something to your preference unless you take him to the range with you when you start firing it.

I've had one for a long time. Its a very good trigger. I like it better than my SD3G but it is much more complicated. I haven't messed with it in years.

Yes, Great Scott was the first place I checked but they appear to be out of stock.

So, I take they're still in business, just slammed with orders?
