Hi folks,
I just ordered a seekins adjustable gas block from wanstalls to help solve the overgassing issues im having on my sbr.

My quest for info seems to have fallen on deaf ears up here in the great white north so I am coming to you folks.

I have never used an agb but the idea behind them makes total sense.   Do you have any suggestions/tips for installing/tuning it in.  I have a crate of ammo comming in so I won't be shooting all different types of ammo with it.

Thanks in advance

From what ive read, Most install it like a normal low pro gas block, Then start about a turn and a half to two turns out from closed and fire a mag with a single round in it and check to see if BCG locked back on empty mag.. keep closing the set screw 1/4 or an 1/8 of a turn in until it no longer locks open, then back it off a 1/4 turn for reliability..

Great advice that's what I have read.  Or working from the fully open position just opposite.

FYI I had issues adjusting the seekins because of screw location.  I thought it was gonna be great turned out to be a PITA.  Unless they reengineered it.  YMMV and hope it works for you.  If you don't like it I highly recommend SLR.

I read lots of reviews and it has its ups and downs.   My biggest issue was finding a company that will ship to Canada.   I wanted the syrac but no luck:(
