| I took my buffer apart as I questioned the weights. During reassembly I noticed that one of the rubber bumpers was of a larger diameter that the other two. Since it doesn't "rattle" now, I obviously have something wrong. I presume it is some made in China crap buffer. Can some one tell me if this is normal and if so, where in sequence does the larger bumper go. Thanks. |

The little rubber pads go between the weights. Other then that I have know idea about what you are talking about. |
| I guess I shouldn't have used the word "bumper" to describe them. I mean the rubber pads. Of the three, two have the same diameter and one is a little bigger. I think I'll just trim the larger one to the same diameter as the other two for now and then look for a new buffer. |
