Are you hypothesizing? If they make that configuration it probably won't be called that. The roll mark may say AR-15A4 but the model number will likely be different, much like the rifle with a roll mark of M4 or M4A1 CARBINE is of the LE6920 variety.

So a magpuled A4 will probably be called by whatever it's model number will be.

I didn't know about this model until Colt sent me by snail mail their 2013 catalogue. That is where I got what little information I have on this.

Is the rear sight adjustable for both windage and elevation?

If it has an MBUS as both the picture and other Colt "MP" variants have, then windage only.
