There were a few a while back about covers not fitting, but I think they got it worked out.

My Noveske QD swivel mount is too shallow for any of my swivels.

That happened to me also. I would press any of 10 QDs I had, all the way flush with the Noveske QD adapter, turn them and they all popped right out. I called Noveske and they told me to take it up with the retailer I originally got it from. I couldn't remember who I purchased it from as I was doing 3 or 4 Noveske builds at the time so I just threw it in the parts bin. I'd like Noveske to take care of the issue once they get caught up but I am not loosing sleep over it.

Just to make sure all the I's are dotted, do you have it mounted backwards by any chance?

I'm going to feel like a real tard if that ends up being my problem too. I have installed five or six of these so I am hoping I didn't place it on there backwards.

It kind of snaps in before you tighten the screws, I don't remember the directions stating it was unidirectional either.

There is a small tab on the back side that goes to the rear. Only indication I'm aware of. They should have used an arrow like KAC.
