| Does anyone have a phone number or web address or them or even where they are located? |

I don't think they exist anymore. They never returned my calls or responded to emails in the last 6 months. They lost a customer. look at the link posted above, they are definitely still in business...they have dropped much of their presence to concentrate on production. someone on the other thread got in touch with them today...took a few phone calls though. many companies are still severely backlogged from recent events. personally, i think its smart what they did. In order to keep producing quality parts they sacrificed not answering the phone every time some yahoo wants to ask if they have a bcg in stock. even BCM and other top tier mfg's have had some sketchy QC issues because of the ridiculous amount of orders that have been placed. |
| I've never understood their stance on gas key staking. They do not stake their keys and make a point that if they end user chooses to do so, it voids any warranty. I understand them not wanting to warranty a part that Billy Bob altered, but they should at least offer staked carriers as an option for those consumers that prefer it. Staking is a HUGE deal to some. I'd even say I prefer it myself. It can only help, so why not? |

The last BCG I got, I assembled from parts, and I don't feel like the amount of torque specified for the gas key screws is quite enough. So I staked mine. |

There is carrier posted near the end of this page. Is this typical for the bottom rail? |

Yeah, just when you think the lack of staking is a moronic display.... stake it yourself and void the warranty evl.... |
