I've never shot anything other than stock triggers so it may be my naivety but always thought they were fine.  I have upgraded to a DDM4v7 and am curious about after market triggers.  Will I really notice a difference?  I just moved to Ohio and haven't found any 3-gun presence so it will prob just be range time and home defense weapon for now.  I was thinking the SSA if anything.  Advice?  Should I replace my DD stock?

The DD trigger is the only stock trigger that I "liked"  The LPK from DD has a nice trigger.

I replaced one with an SSA, and now I am hooked on the SSA.  I have 4 of them.  Definite improvement over the DD, but like I said, the DD is the best stock trigger IMO.

I agree. The DD stock trigger was very smooth and had very little grittiness. That being said, upgrading to a Geissele SSA you will notice a marked difference.

You will notice an immediate improvement over even the nicest of factory triggers once you install a Geissele trigger. I love my SD-E, but only you can decide if it's a worthwhile upgrade for your particular use/firing schedule.
