I think Dewey makes some of the best Rods, but there .22 cal. and .30 cal. Bore Mops are just to large for a 5.56 or 300Blk/.30 cal.
I would appreciate opinions on what company you guys think has some of the best fitting and best quality Bore Mops?
Thanks Much and God Bless

I feel Dewey makes some of the best rods and most of there other cleaning equipment is Top Notch, but I need to complain about there Bore Mops.
I was not even able to get the .30-.38Cal Mop through my 300 Blk (This is the mop they recommend for the .30 cal and 300Blk.
Also was hardly able to push there .22 Mop through my 223/5.56 and when it came through the end it was all twisted from so much force.(don't know how to post picture)
Like I said Dewey makes excellent Rods and I like most of there other products "But there Mops are To Large/Thick for the 5.56 and 300Blk/.30 cal"
(There 12 gauge Mops seem to fit and work just fine)
God Bless

Check out these bad boys! They are made by Swab-its; I have bore-tips for a .40 cal and other foam cleaning applicators they make. I use denatured alcohol and a lint-free cloth to clean them after use. Now I have an AR, I'll be picking some bore-tips for it.

Neat things if you just need a mop.

I prefer a snake soaked in CLP.
