This is my first time installing a muzzle brake and could use some advise. What is the margin of error for having the brake perfectly at the 12 o'clock position. I installed a Surefire MB556K and I think that it is about 1 degree off a perfect 12, possibly less. Will I notice a major difference when firing?

Thanks

If its not pinned and welded then just go shot it and tune it to how it feels best to you.

Prolly OK.
If you want to get it perfect, shim it.

Extra point for spelling it correctly.
It's brake, NOT break.

Since you posted, it evidently bothers you.

Shim it for perfection.
