Yep. You're good to go.  With a high enough round count any brand will fail. Except for Hesse ringless bolts, of course.

Bravo Company Manufacturing but hard to get. If you see one on eBay for 550-600 that is good. BCG should add 250 on Gunbroker for fair deal.

He has a BCG but do you honestly think $250 for one is a "fair" deal?

OP, BCM has a few in stock on their site. no need to go to eBay and roll the dice. PSA also has a bigger selection available than they've had in months.

+1 on Palmetto State Armory.  Top-notch quality.  They are selling their uppers w/o the BCG and CH so it is perfect for your build.  They have been running with 3-5 uppers in stock lately so you can actually chose for once.

+1 to BCM and PSA. Check on there sites from time to time. I've made it a morning ritual to check PSA then Rainier, and then BCM.

If you have the money I would go with BCM, you won't be disappointed. PSA is good too.

thank you all for the info...

I have been reading a lot on these guns and still learning. Today I found a complete upper from the same seller on gunbroker (they have a few of them listed). The listing says it includes the bolt. I'm just looking for decent working enrty level stuff here. Would I be better off contacting the seller at GB and asking if I can just get one of these complete uppers for 700.00 and forget about the 200.00 spent on the BCG? am I making sense?

Here's the link for the upper at GB

Thanks again

FWIW, I don't mind waiting for the BCM....I'm just don't sure what I'm looking for..

Seems overpriced. You can get that same upper at PSA for $409.00 without a BCG. That's if you want a mid length. Carbine length gas system is even less.

Put the link to gunbroker down and slowly step away...

I just ordered one from them today... I've been watching their stock and they are getting more and more selection every few days. I'm not stoked about the 15 day turn-around.. but oh well.. maybe they will ship my trigger guard and stock earlier :P BCM had a few things in earlier today, but I went the less expensive option to fit into my budget.
