I recently got a windham weaponry src at a gun show. But now i want another one now, and i would like it to be a A2 style.What are your opinians on building a AR-15, and model 1 sales.

Stay far away from them. Shitty service, credit cards have been hacked, low quality parts.

Good if you can buy at a gunshow in person with cash, but customer service is horrible and parts are OK.

I built two 9mm AR pistols with their stripped uppers. No problems with the product, shipping, etc.

Bought a kit from them during the 2008 panic. Took eight months to receive the kit. Parts were ok.
Biggest problem was they don't tell you if a product is in stock or not. Call before you buy.

I have a SPR from them. No problems what-so-ever. But I bought it from them at a guns show. So no problems with my upper and shoots straight and nice. Have about 500 rds through it. I would get another unit it from them but only if I can put eyes on it before I buy it.

I've ordered from them multiple times without issue.

The stainless steel 20" HBAR they sell from ER Shaw is scary accurate.

As you can see some people hate them. My experience is to deal with them in person at a show and things were pretty good. There are things they don't do.

M4 uppers don't have F height front sights.
will not sell you a M16 carrier
My upper did not like steel case until after chamber polishing.

Now it runs great with anything.

I just got a 20" barrel from them, looks like a basic government spec barrel, nothing fancy.

I ordered it on November 23 and got it on February 7, which is faster than some companies during that time.
