| Anyone have any knowledge on POFs? Patriot Ordnance factory. I already own a Daniel Defense but was also looking into a POF. I picked up one at the shop last month and the fit and finish are awesome on them but I never hear anyone say that would be their chosen brand. What are their pros and cons? Thanks for the feedback. |

I have mine P415 since 2004. Works great! easy to clean and eats all type of ammo include steel case Wolf.
A little heavy with the Predator rail, and the piston push-rod moves around when the bolt is held back (a little annoying), but it has less parts and I still like it. I read about it on Small Arm Review and at the time there is NOT alot of piston AR available. There is a very pissed off ex-POF owner on this forum. i.e. Arcticwarrior, he got a P308 with bad finished, he and Frank the owner must had a very interesting conversation over the phone. He is still angry, everytime he see a post like this. He would probally tell you to get a Hogan. |
