From what I have seen many times is that as long as you don't have a lower, you can't build a rifle. People that have lowers store them at friends or families houses until the get their SBR paperwork or get the barrel welded. One thing to watch is the length of the barrel after the flash hider is welded. For example, my LWRCs all came with 14.7" barrels and not 14.5. The extra length keeps them legal. You may need to use a longer flash hider to extend the barrel. |
