Ok, not sure whats going on here. I put together a SAA lower with a Del-Ton lower parts kit. The trigger pin seems loose and walks itself out to the left. Its like the pin is too small or the hole is too big. Anyone else run into this with either a SAA lower having the holes to big? Or the Del-Ton kit having pins that are slightly small? This isn't my first build, probably the 10th lower I have put together. Never ran into this before. Thanks.

Don't see how the trigger pin can walk if you have the hammer spring legs on top of the trigger pin.  You do have the legs of the spring on top of the trigger pin right?  If so, the pin groove catches the spring leg and it can't walk out.

This, plus why aren't you using the Geissele pins?

Put your calipers on them and see what the diameter is.
I've got two Aero Precision lowers with no issues (same as SAA).

Sometimes these pins will sit in a different spot from one side to the other.
Try reversing the pins.

Never mind, thought the trigger was a Geissele SSA....

Usually the tension from the disconnecter and the hammer spring keeps everything in place, make sure the hammer spring isn't on backwards and that the leg is resting in the groove in the trigger pin.

This is usually the culprit

It is almost like the wire the hammer spring is made of is too thick, its not dropping down into the groves of the pins

- This, I feel like an idiot. The thing did work fine today at the range with the spring backwards. All better now. Thanks ya all
