This is something my brother had laying around.This is on a 20 inch barrel with  rifle length gas system. Is it any thing special ? Thanks in advance

It appears to be one that slides over and locks down on a ban era barrel (ie no threads) so hopefully that will narrow your search.

I do not know if that one is worth anything to someone else with the rust and all, but I can tell you that they do indeed work well.  
I run one on my competition carbine.  It shoots very flat.
