Thinking about an SPRish build for my next rifle. I need help deciding between the Rainier Arms Evo or the Daniel Defense MFR. Will either of these options be strong enough for a bipod, or should I be looking at something more rigid? If you have experience with either of these rails and bipods please help! Thanks in advance.

I am interested in the responses you get concerning rigidity of both rails.

Right now I am leaning toward the Samson/Rainier Evolution if for no other reason than the crazy easy installation.

No experience with the DD but I had to roll my eyes and ask myself why I didn't install the Samson sooner. Stupid easy. Very rigid. I don't use a bipod but I do rest a bag some times.

I've been running a DD MFR with a bipod for some time now. It's a rock solid, high quality handguard. No movement whatsoever. I have no doubt the Rainier Arms handguard would also serve you well though.

Been running a DD V7 with an MFR and a bipod as an SPR for about a year now. Incredible setup for my needs.

I will add that I've heard the MFRs can get rather hot when run hard, and with bare hands. I've yet to run into this first hand as this rifle is not a hard use carbine of mine.
