Bought a Spikes BCG from them a couple weeks ago. I got an email confirmation from them saying I paid for it. I checked my status and on there website it stated that I needed to pay. I was a little confused so I emailed them and it has been two weeks, no charge to my credit card and no email response. So to answer your questions experience hasn't been that good.
So I got on BCM's web site and signed on for email notifications for when there BCG's are in stock. I got an email on my phone and ordered a BCG in two minutes!! Had it shipped to my door in four days. I will only buy from BCM from here in out. |
| I've ordered from them.. I also got an email saying I needed to pay... Sent them an email and all was good, the part wasn't in stock and I wasn't charged. I kept the order on 'backorder' because wasn't in a hurry and no one else had it either (switchblock). Order shipped a few weeks later... |
| Yes. I was building a dedicated 22 upper and needed a 9mm stripped upper. I ordered a RRA 9mm upper and a day later D3T called me saying it was out of stock and if a $20 cheaper Spikes 9mm upper would do. It sure did and he sent it right out. USPS took over two weeks to get it to me but that was not D3Ts fault. I would buy from them again. |

What I don't like is the fact that DT3 lists it on there website as having a certain product in stock. Then you order it, pay for it and that's it. No response to emails or charged credit card.
Today, I emailed DT3 again about my Spikes BCG and its been two weeks and no response. So il take my business elsewhere. |

Same here, I ordered the LMT full auto BCG, and he asked if I wanted a replacement of similar or better quality instead when he emailed me earlier. I'm waiting for the LMT (2 weeks estimated also), especially since the same bcg is $185 everywhere else and still only $130 there. |

I placed an order for a Spikes Pistol buffer tube kit, but some things came up and I ended up calling them to cancel the order. Guy was pleasant, processed the cancellation, and answered other questions I had.
I dont have any other experience with them other than this though. |
| I ordered a Rainier Arms Evolution rail on Sunday and my order is still in "Awaiting Fulfillment" and my CC has not been charged. I've contacted them once through their website and once through email just asking if the rail is actually in stock since even Rainier doesn't have them in stock. No response yet. I'm just glad to see that there are some people who have had positive results with them, eases my mind a little bit. I just wish they would answer my email, I'm afraid the rail is not in stock and they just don't want me to cancel my order. |

Had ordered a few things without any response and I ended up ordering from somewhere else. Called up the guy but he seemed too busy to take my order. I hope he concentrates on his business. Would love to order things from deltathree if their inventory was up to date.

| Nope, not heard from them in over a month. I placed an order on Dec. 15th for two "in stock" lowers. I e-mailed him to make sure they were actually in stock and I got a reply, that yes, they were in stock. I ordered literally 2 minutes later. I e-mailed after the order to make sure I had gotten the lowers in time. I immediately received a reply that I had. My FFL was sent, so no problem. A week or so later I e-mailed because my status still showed "awaiting payment". I was told that he was waiting for product and that my order would ship when the product arrived. I guess he has a different definition of "in-stock" than I do. Still pissed because I passed over several lowers I could have bought at a good price thinking I had some on the way from Delta3. |

I made an order on the Dec 19th even though I could have backordered from somewhere else. People that ordered a few days after me from another company I considered had received them a week or 2 ago. I was able to submit an email last week. A response was sent back to me the next day regarding my order, of course its still in limbo and on order.  I've waited this long, I may as well keep hanging on.

| Same issue, I've sent these idiots 5 emails in a chain once a week over the past month and they refuse to respond on a BCG they showed in stock that I had ordered. I would highly avoid them, they have proven to not have live inventory, display terrible customer service and are clearly crooks... I sent them a final email telling them to disregard my order (no response) and will never consider them again. Avoid like the plague unless you like ordering items shown on their site that they show is in stock but is clearly on back order. |

Delta 3 secures your business knowingly selling you products that they do not have. I am not sure if they actually cancel orders as they simply refuse to respond to you.... Brownells to my knowledge does not list items in their inventory as in stock and then not respond to you week after week making you wonder if you are actually getting your order, they either have it or don't or you can back order if there's an option for it. The reason I find this upsetting is that allot of people bypass orders they might have otherwise have ordered from reputable companies wating on Delta 3 orders they may not get for months. I don't really care anymore as I finished my last build despite these guys. Even if they don't charge your card they are still misleading and inconviencing you. Brownells on the other hand is an awesome company!

| In the same boat here, order a stock kit and some mags on Jan 2nd, got a response from them a week after saying the stock kit would be shipping shortly. Still havent been charged but have passed up lots of other product waiting on these orders that i cant seem to get any info on. Pretty upsetting. Good luck to all. |
| Awe quit bitching and whining! I've got a backorder in from Christmas and not one word nor have a been fucking chain mailing the shit out of him. He is a small shop and until they charge your card you have 0 right to bitch! If you don't like it or cant find out before you place order then DONT! |

I left a message and he did call me back later that night. I was told that he doesn't charge until it ships...no problem. He asked what I had ordered and he then told me that they were out of stock (even though the site said "In Stock"). He offered to send me a Spikes instead since they were in stock...no problem. I was told that it would ship by the end of the week...again no problem. Several phone calls and emails later, still no response and no f'n bcg. I will not order from them again. |

Sounds a lot like my experiece. I ordered a DD BCG last week of Nov. Owner called me on 3 Dec and offered a Spikes or to wait 2 weeks for DD that were due in. Opted to wait and now, nothing, Sent emails and tried calling. Only difference was he called me to offer the switch at the beginning. I'm still looking for a BCG for that build. Since then, I bought a DDV7LW upper with BCG. $950 to get a DD BCG  Luckily, my wife was happy with the DD upper. A real keeper (the wife and the upper).
