| Time to rant... So I've been waiting months... Since i first saw on BCM's site they were releasing their new comp in November. I love the other BCM Products ( BCG, Grip, Charging Handle). So when They said a Comp was being released excitement definitely over took me. So i canceled my orders for the surefire break, strayed away from the Battle comp and Troy Mid Evil, and have been waiting for the BCM Comp... Now today Nov. 30th and guess what... The BCM Break is still out of stock and Still now released yet. |

It's the hiding that pises me off. God forbid someone answers a question about where they are, or maybe comment on any issues holding them up. There's a few trendy suppliers on here who like to ignore simple casual inquiries from customers who have spent thousands of dollars with them and I'm taking my money elsewhere.
Sometimes it just comes down to a choice between two forearms to finish a build, and when you can't get a simple answer about availability, you can't make a decision. |

Just be happy you're not waiting for them to come out with their dissy. It's been what, 2+ years now? Stickman, needs to post a picture of his BCM dissy with the BCM comp on it. You've got no idea how tempting it is, but Paul has asked me NOT to post pictures until they have reached a production level where they can start shipping. I talk to Paul once in awhile, and he is a good guy. He isn't trying to screw anyone buy not talking about it, you don't see him really on the boards at all talking about anything. That seems pretty par for the course with a lot of larger companies. |

Those of course are of the prototype run. The production models won't look quite the same. The short one, that is a equivalent to the A2 flash hider will be the Mod 0, the long one, for pinning on 14.5" barrels, will be the Mod 1. There were some other pictures that leaked out, but you'd be better served to wait for the real deal. |

In nj I'm just concerned about it being labeled a flash hider which makes it illegal to have. Since my next upper will be a bcm 14.5 Id rather pin this on then a much more expensive battle comp. There really isn't any "labeling" to be concerned with. There are people who call the A2 a compensator although we all know it is legally a flash hider. Since the ATF won't make rulings on muzzle devices anymore you just have to use your best judgment; open end = flash hider, approx caliber sized hole in end = comp/brake. |

I meant labeled by the AG of NJ. Looking at this comp its very gray. Much more closed ended than an a2 but no quite closed like a brake |
