Is there any difference between a Spikes ST-T2 and a H2 buffer?

Thanks

H2 = 4.6oz combo steel and tungsten solid weights. 2 tungsten and 1 steel with rubber spacers.  Weights free to move about a quarter inch as an anti bolt bounce (think dead-blow hammer)

St-t2 4.3oz tungsten "powder" fill. Not completely filled so as the "powder" is free to move it acts as a bolt anti bounce. (Think sand filled dead blow hammer) slightly more quiet if you ignore the loud gunshot and action noise.
