Well today I put in my CMC straight tactical single stage 3.5 lb trigger.
all I can say is WOW... The fit and finish of the unit is awesome. To install you remove the selector trigger and hammer pins and all stock fire control components. Take the one piece non adjustable unit line it up and punch in the supplied pins with c clips. I used KNC captured pins instead. There is NO movement of the unit in the lower. Replace the selector and detent, spring and pistol grip . You are done Function check all is well. This trigger is like a switch when you place the selector on safe there is no slack at all. Move to fire and a straight clean 3.5lb glass rod trigger awaits, CRISP no over travel no creep. With 150 rounds of 308 today nothing changes reset is very fast. Shot it side by side with Geissele Super dynamic combat with three trainers and we could not really say which felt better. Time will tell if it holds up but I give it a good first outing. |
