| What the heck happend??? I just got my new spikes AR in and went out to shoot it, on the 4th shot gun jammed. I pulled the pins to seperated upper and lower and the buffer, and spring came flying out. I found a small spring in lower next to the trigger and the little nipple that holds the buffer and spring in. I put it all back in and together and took one shot and it happend again what goin on with this thing, Glad spikes has lifetime warrenty this is my 1st spikes and I hope this is not how its gonna be from now on hope I did not get a lemon????? |

The receiver extension is probably is out of spec or not screwed in all the way. |

Put the spring in the hole that the little nipple goes in that holds buffer and spring OK. Stop shooting and send it in for repair. (or repair locally by a competent black rifle smith) If you keep shooting, you could permanently damage the bore where the retainer and small spring live. |
