I haven't had any luck with my Slidefire paired with a 22 upper. I've tried it only with Geiselle triggers though, and have read that using a short reset, light single stage trigger like a CMC or Timney makes it possible.

Very hard since the 22lr has such little recoil.

Can I?  No.  But I've seen it done, I believe on Youtube.  However, I'm at work and Youtube is blocked.

The Rimfire and Pistol Caliber sub forum has a few threads about it. One guy got an all aluminum AR to run with an adjustable 1 1/2 lb Jard trigger.

Just saw a guy at the range do that today, it was an M&P 15-22 though with a Gold trigger or some light trigger and the bumpfire stock on it. It does work. He was shooting with a can and sub sonics as well.
