whats the difference between the KNS Hammer and Trigger Non Rotating AR-15 Large Pin .170 Inch
and the KNS Hammer and Trigger Pin Non Rotating AR-15 Small Pin .154 Inch?

will ether or fit in my spikes lower reciver? i have the spikes enhanced battle trigger if that helps

The difference is the pin diameter. Unless you have a Colt lower with large pin FCG parts, ignore the .170" pins. The .154" pin size is for regular, functioning lowers, while the .155" pins are for worn out lowers. Get the .154" set and you should be fine.
