New owner of a 6720 colt (LT 6720 Talo - pencil barrel] and I love the light weight and hand guard. While most would agree that an HBAR is more accurate than a lght barrel after X shots within a short time frame - what is the POI change relative to a light barrel ? Most shooters in the high power/M1 league prefer an accurized hbar - what can you expect from a thin light weight barrel in that competition?

yes you need to define accuracy.
these are 2 of those cheap $115.00 Citadel A1 pencil barrel builds. I did have to open the gas ports up to run light 30, 40 gr. bullets. I cut new crowns on both also. 5 shots with 30 gr. Bergers over 4198, Rem. 7 1/2 primers was maybe 1 1/8, 10 shots did'nt go over about 1 1/2" @ 100. I'm just starting to work with them though. A 52,53, Match bullet may do better, also a 68 Hornady or 69 SMK. Just gotta find what they like
