I am sure this is often discussed, but I dont come over here often, and a search yielded nothing. I am just wondering if any of you have an opinion on the ST Compressor in 556? I am kinda sorta thinking of SBR'ing something and putting a can on it. Basically would love the same setup as the Compressor. Apparently there is no backorder info so I was wondering what the rumors are as far as lead time, and if any are in the wild yet> Does the ST Compressor offer anything I cant just do myself? For the record, I am a Spikes fan and a 16" model is my main AR right now. |

I would doubt the wait is too long. consider building one if possible would be my 2 cents. an 8" suppressed barrel is cool...but i'm not sure how practicle. Though the compressor is one of the sexiest SBRs. I would build something identical in an 10.5 or 11.5"

That was what led me to think there werent many in the wild yet. I am leaning more toward avoiding the stamps and trying to find another Recce like I had. The problem with that is that it will lead to an expensive optic. |
| ive been considering one as well if i was you id call and ask and as far the wait a local store has one for the owners personal use and he said it only took and 8 months from when he order to his doorstep with the stamps and everything ordered end of june got it a week or so ago. |

Thats not too bad at all. I am pretty sure I am on the lookout now for a Noveske Recce if I can find a nice one. I wouldnt mind getting on the list for one. I am set to go for my first SBR/Can etc, and I think the Compressor would be an awesome start. Anyone know what the street price is? I guess with the wait it is probably going for retail? |

That's good to know that they're finally shipping. Hopefully it's not just a handful that went out. I'm anxious to see the MRS-1 tested. |
