Just picked up a KAC SR15 IWS E3 upper. I was running a battlecomp on the upper I just sold and loved it. I've been looking at the spikes Dynacomp due to the price difference. Does anybody have any experience with with Dynacomp compared to the battle comp?
Any input would be greatly appreciated!

IMO I like the battle comp or Griffin on a 16" barrel.  On a 14.5" I like the Dynacomp Extreme.  I run a Dynacomp on my 16" and it's better than the A2 it replaced, but not as soft shooting as my brothers Battle comp on his 16".  I like like the Griffin on my other 16" but it seems to be a bit louder than the Battle comp and is heavier and close to the same price.

I did try a Dynacomp Extreme on a 16" barrel briefly and it worked as well as the Battle comp but the extra length pushed me to the short Dynacomp.  If I ran a 14.5" and need a comp I wouldn't hesitate to get the Dynacomp extreme again.

Can't speak for the BC but can say the Dyna is good to go. Got one a few months ago and I have enjoyed it ever since. I really noticed a difference in muzzle flip and felt recoil after installation. Good Luck!

I run both.  I can barely tell a difference in performance.  Both show flash, but the BattleComp shows a heck of a lot more.  I'd go with the Dynacomp.

Curiously, does the ATF consider either of these as flash-suppressors?

I think a KAC deserves the better, more expensive product. ymmv.

Get a surefire mb556k.  Better than both as a brake.

Kinda funny I witnessed the exact opposite last time out with a buddy. The Dynacomp appears to launch fireballs, my BC appeared very a2 like.

Granted––his was a 14.5 pinned, and mine a 16 but I was amazed. This was shooting xm193 at dusk in his back wooded area.
