New to all this and I'm in the middle of a build. I am looking at choices for barrels and rails just wondering if this would work and if I need anything else to complete the job.

16in Mid length barrel (PSA) with a Troy Battle rail 13", and low profile gas block.

am I missing anything and will it work together?

you are missing quite a bit of rifle there.  

there are no incompatibilities with those parts i see though.
