A newby question my AR 15 has a standard spring and a commerial tube if I put an enhanced spring in will it improve cycling the BCG

The inside dimensions of both types of tubes are the same.

It's simpler to change buffer weights if you're trying to change cyclic rates.

Some common (carbine) buffer weights:

Depends.  A stiffer spring should help chamber a round on a dirty BCG.  However, it will FTE on lower power rounds, like Wolf, if that's what you like to shoot.. Would also cause problems on an under gassed gun.
