I am trying to remove so I can add low profile as block. Those pins are a dick to remove. What's the suggestions? Vice it down and punch them out?  Any ways to make it easier?  Thanks for help

just cut down the FSB and turn it into a low pro gas block. If you take your time they turn out really nice.
