| Was contemplating buying a BCM upper. But when I called BCM to ask some questions, all I got was a message that they couldn't answer the phone. No way to leave voicemail, and no person to talk to. I tried three times, always during normal business hours. To the number listed on their web site. What's up with that? I certainly am not buying from a company that I cannot call and talk with. |
| The trick is is to get them to call you. I had an order that they questioned due to the mismatch shipping/billing address. Called whatever number they left on my voicemail and got right through. I agree that it would be nice to call and talk to someone like happens at LaRue, but I still continue to give BCM business due to their products, email support, support here on this forum, and great prices. If you don't like them, then give your business to someone else; thats your choice. I choose a good quality product over a answered phone call when they have said repeatedly that they don't have the staff to answer calls all day long. |
