I am reloading .223 REM ––-Hornady 68 gr BTHP––-Bushmaster AR-15––-Should I crimp cases or not?????
Any advise would be helpful |

Some will call BS but I have done actual field testing and found that crimping improved my accuracy. Also- if you're shooting out of an AR, like you are- crimping prevents your bullet from moving around in the case when it gets slammed into the chamber. And even if you don't buy any of that- it can't hurt, so why not? Do your own test. Crimp some and don't crimp some and go test them at the range. That's what reloading is for.
