| I'm putting together a upper and need to install a forward assist. Is there any other options than the round, teardrop or the plug thing that just covers it up? I see all manner of magazine release buttons...billet, extended, square, little skull looking one...etc. Just wondering if there isn't one so run of the mill for the FA? |

I believe that the only option other than those you have already named is the AR Gas Vent.
ETA: Interesting that no one seems to make any 'custom' forward assist buttons, considering the range of dust covers, magazine catches, etc. available. |

Honestly......I don't know. But it seems as though there are a zillion options when it comes to damn near every part on the AR except for FA buttons. I looked around, but came to a loss. I was just wondering if there were any options that were out there that just were not too well known.
ETA: And yes, if you could come up with something different you would corner the market as no other competition exists. Time to start thinking...... |
