If I can explain what I am looking for. 
I have a TacSol 22 upper 16" barrel and with a flash hider on it, it is about 1/2" too long for a bayonet to fit. Does anyone make a FH that kinda has a pocket cut into the back that Slides down over the barrel some. I know it would put the actual end of the barrel into the slots of the FH(on an A1/A2) but it would make it work with a bayonet and look just like an M4. |

You gave me a good laugh there. No I just like the look of the 14.5 barreled uppers and although it ain't much I don't like the extra 1/2"on this one or the 1.5" on a 16" M4 barrel. Just looks stupid to me  I am just trying to make it look as much like an M4 as I can. It doesn't help that I have a bayonet laying around and nothing to put it on. I have 5 AR's and all had Troy Extreme rails covering the gas blocks so no go there. I just put a KAC RASII on my 22 with M4 profile barrel. If I can make it fit it will save me (for now) from getting another AR that I can't afford at this time.
