MODS: Not sure if this is the correct forum for this question, so if it needs to be moved, by all means do!
My wife's rifle has an Ergo grip- it works well for me, but I think it's too large for my wife's smaller hands. Her shots all seem to be grouping well at 9 o'clock, and while watching her shoot I noticed her trigger finger is on the bottom of the trigger. She can't get her finger up any higher due to the thickness/diameter of the grip. I'd like to replace the grip with a smaller diameter one. Would the Magpul Miad do the trick? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. As you all know, if you can't keep your wife happy, you can't be happy.

Moe K- grip? http://store.magpul.com/product/MAG438/39 "Designed as a drop-in upgrade for the standard AR15/M16 pistol grip, The MOE-K Grip provides a low profile, compact design and steeper grip angle compared to more traditional styles. With a more vertical grip angle optimized for use on PDW (Personal Defense Weapon) configurations, the MOE-K Grip improves comfort and control on rifles that bring the primary hand in closer to the shooter's body or body armor. The slim profile also makes it an excellent choice for shooters who prefer a smaller grip circumference. All mounting hardware included." |

Check out the Troy grip. It's very small and thin. Feels great.

+1 Or the TangoDown battle grip. It's rather small at the top and encourages a high grip. Posted Via AR15.Com Mobile |

Thanks for the suggestins, fellas. MOE-K ordered. Look for future Egro grip (slightly used) sale on EE! John That's not correct ARFCOM procedure. Keep the Ergo grip and use it as the first part in your next build. I know the drill!! An end plate turned into a 14.5 middie! But I didn't like the end plate so I put a Noveske plate on it. I've since hidden the plate. My spare lower parts scare the shit out of me and what might (probably will) happen. To all, thanks again. John |
