I guess we see it emerging more with contemporary manipulation techniques since the original charging handle is supposed to be ambidextrous, IF you grab it with a finger on each side. |

Yeah my SR15 E3 has notches on both sides. |

I've been trying an ambidextrous CH which is ArmaDynamics ACLM, I had not broke mine yet but I had heard other members here had some bad experiences with them, well it's been about a year now no problems yet but if it happened I'll post it here. There's also the Badger Ordinance ambi/ lefty CH that I had not tried yet, maybe someone here could comment on it. http://badgerordnance.com/charging-handles/

Yeah, but the barrel is not chrome lined so that means it automatically is not a tier 1 rifle. Maybe that'll be the next big thing,it will be $50- more for a NON lined barrel  The thing to watch out for in the AR fashion world: Non chrome lined barrel and ambi CH!
