I shot about 150 rds today out of my ar. RRA, D and H mags with green followers, no M4 ramps. Out of 150 rds it failed to eject 9 times! It's a pretty clean gun with about 2000 rds through it. I've never had this happen before. Any thoughts?

FTE problems often end up being an extractor spring issue.  I would start here:

Also, what ammo were you shooting?  Failures to extract or eject are usually not mag related. 3 possible culprits:  1)Weak ammo.  2)Weak or worn extractor.  Check axtractor and extractor spring.  Check the ejector too.  3)Gas leak in the gun somewhere. Check the gas key and gas rings.

Was the gun lovking open on empty mags?

The ammo was a mix of federal bulk .223 55 grain and Remington UMC.

Thanks! I just ordered 3. Figured it couldn't hurt to change it.
