Besides Model 1 who makes a decent Dissapator Barrel?

I've heard Model 1 is having some CC fraud issues so I'm shopping else where.

This.  Look no further.  I have a Dissipator with M4 profile.  Nice and light, handy carbine with great site radius.  Now that Magpul MOE rifle lengths are shipping, I want to put one of those on it.
