I'm thinking of getting the Battle comp 1.0 also thinking about getting ST T2. Does anyone have any experience with this combo. I read some where last week( I can't find it again) that the T2 made it feel like more recoil. My question is what is everyones opinion on the T2? Do you like it or is it only for certain applications?

I don't know what a battle comp 1 is but i used a Spikes ST-2T buffer in my 10.5 SBR build.When i first started
doing my research on here on what worked good for folks i saw a lot of um loved the ST-2T so thats what i went
with.My gun runs great with it and never had a malfunction yet.I run a Bravo Co Mil Dia tube with a Vltor Basic stock.
Here is a Vid running with a ST-2T and some suppressed fire also.

i bought a t2 because everyone was raving about them. it's nice, but i was not having issues with my stock buffer. it did not change any recoil sensation in my AR. my advice is keep the one you have unless you're having some issues with it.

Ditto.
I run them, but 2 of my AR's were built so I picked them up.

I use the Battlecomp with the ST-T2 buffer in the rifle below.   This is the softest shooting rifle I have.  In reality the gas tube length probably also plays a major role.  My factory SR15 has a standard KAC factory buffer and has a PWS556 and it has more felt recoil than the one with the Battlecomp and ST-T2 buffer pictured here:

I have the ST-T2 and run it with a DD mid-length upper (16").  Feels good and shoots good.  Only problem is that it only runs 5.56 reliably and it will short stroke when shooting .223.  I guess the .223 doens't have enough oomph to cycle the heavier buffer.

That's a gun problem.  .223 should run fine with any buffer.

2/3 AR's have them... i dont really notice a difference but if i build another one it will have a T2
