How come here in So cali. i can buy stripped lowers from higher price brands like Rock River Arms that i just had to buy. i saw some nice lower price ones but says cannot be shipped to Ca. my question is how come i can buy some brands at my local shop in stock. and others that are lower price cannot be shipped to Ca? im confused

i hear that. Im from medford oregon and all this crap is new to me. Turners was telling me there was no such thing as a ruger p95 in decock only. i had to show it to him. thats when i learned there allot of guns ca dont have.

If I recall, Califonia has a list of lowers that are permitted and others that are evil pre-ban assault weapons parts. Who can explain the logic of a politicians thought proccess. But your neighbors keep re-electing them.

ya and im trying to figure out if the RRA lower i just bought is illegal. looks like all RRA are illegal
