Hello All,
I have been reading this forum for years and finally decided to register. I had a RRA Entry Tactical in the past, but sold it to finance my new build. My Uncle had just recently attended a Pat Rogers course, and after he called my RRA a hobby gun, it started to eat at me. I decided to do a lot of reading over a five month time and finally put together a good set-up, for me, that I will hopefully be able to use for some training next spring. Here it it: Spikes Tactical Lower w/ enhanced LPK Ergo Grip Magpul CTR BCM 14.5" middy w/ pinned FH BCM BCG BCM Gunfighter CH (pre-production) DD A1.5 rear sight DD Omega 9 rail Magpul xtm's Magpul AFG 2 Streamlight TLR-1 Shopping for another aimpoint.. http://i1118.photobucket.com/albums/k617/kvon1/IMG_3385.jpg http://i1118.photobucket.com/albums/k617/kvon1/IMG_3392.jpg?t=1287942588 http://i1118.photobucket.com/albums/k617/kvon1/IMG_3389.jpg?t=1287942588 |

Very nice man! How are you liking the AFG2? They are shorter than the original right? Justin I like it so far. I haven't used the original AFG, but I'm still getting used to the support-arm-straight shooting style. I like that the AFG 2 is shorter and doesn't have the wings on the side, like the original. Seems like a great idea for people who hold the handguard. I usually use a thumb-break grip with a VFG, but this seems to be working well so far. I can't wait to get out to do some more shooting. Class and work has my time booked for now. |
