I have a new 16" upper and it doesnt like to reliably load 5.56. I have put maybe 50 rounds through it, could this be a teething issue? Needs to be broken in? I charge it and it has a ftf ever 2 or so rounds. The bullet has definate scratches in it. It looks like the feed ramps are doing it. It is a 16" m4 profile upper. Whats the problem?

Do you have an M4 upper and regular feedramps?

Or maybe the other way?

Try different magazines and ammo first.  Sometimes that helps.
