I want to purchase a Noveske 16" Light Recce Basic upper in 5.56

Now, their website is out of stock and lists it for $875.

Will a local dealer or an online dealer have it for cheaper?  I guess what I am asking is whether that $875 is MSRP or dealer direct or factory price.
