I have the chance to buy a stripped Larue OBR 5.56 lower, will my BCM upper work with their OBR lowers?

As long as its the 556 lower then it will work fine.  If its the 308 version then no, it won't.

Great lower to build. One thing I read and experienced about them first hand. Besides being verywell made they are tight fitting.
When I got my La Rue stripped lower to build with the Stealth Upper, it was really really tight. I mean it would not come apart(even partial seated in the upper) w/o using a rubber mallet. It was a process of fitting in/out until it loosen up enough to where I could first seat the front pin then repaet the process and seat the rear. Now after shooting and using awhile it fine. but snug and tight like a virgin. I tried one of my Stag uppers on it and it was tight also. But I did not re try after fiting to the Stealth.
Congrats on your find. Good buy. Enjoy.

Best Regards,
