| Fulton Armory is the cheapest place I have found the upper receiver action block but not sure they have them in stock. I need to do some barrel work and hate to spend the money on a one time only deal. Does anyone rent these things? |
Ask in your hometown forum. I'm sure someone close to you would be willing to let you borrow theirs. 
ETA: That being said, I paid $41 for mine from Bushmaster, and though I pissed and moaned at the time, I'm very happy that I have it and my armorer's wrench so that I can remove and install my barrels at my discretion. |
