I have a lot of 50 foot indoor ranges available nearby where I can shoot my .22 conversion. How low should I be shooting at 50 feet with a 50 yard zero? Sorry I just don't have a calculator or I would do it myself.  Thanks in advance.

about 2.5" below the point of aim if you are using conventional iron sights

What difference would it make what type of sight you were using? No offense, I'm just curious.

A fixed carry handle and fixed front sight tower might sit higher above the bore than say a folding rear and front or an optic. At as close of a range as 50 feet (16.5 yards) you would be hitting low because of how high the sights sit over the barrel.
