| Has anyone had thier lower anodized by US anodizing? I just replaced my Colt 6450 upper with a flat top and I'd like to match my lower to the newer black anodizing. Anyway, does anyone have any pics of ones that have been done by them and if it has caused any problems at all. Thanks! |

I can highly recommend them –– Victor is top notch. I haven't had any anodizing work done there yet, but did hire them to do a lot of manganese phosphating a few years ago. I'm planning to send my transferable M16 lower to them one day –– perhaps this summer.

| I currently have my upper, lower, and rail at US Anodizing. I'm having them done in Flat Dark Earth though so I don't know how their black looks. After looking at pictures of what their FDE looks lilke I am sure you will not be disappointed in ANY of their services! If you have any questions, just e-mail Victor and he will get you set-up. The only bummer is the long (2-3 week) wait time, but in my case it is well worth it! |
| Just got my upper and lower back a couple of weeks ago. I had it done in Daniel Defense FDE. Came out very nice. The anodizing is very flat. My DD rail is a little more glossy than th upper and lower. No camera so no pics right now. I am sending them another upper very soon was so impressed wiith the results. |

i must warn you about u.s.anodizing.
victor is evil incarnate. you send him a lower., sure, that's how it starts, just a lower. get it back, boy now my upper looks kinda shabby, well heck, i'll send him my upper. get it back, man, it's a shane to put that rsggedy barrel on that NICE reciever..... THERE IS NO END. NONE. beware the evil of genius of amissville,virginia. |
