I have a RRA CAR rifle that I just put a car length quadrail on this will be a range rifle but I thought I might want to take it varmint hunting also. I want to use iron sights on this rifle as most of my varmint shots are within 150 yds so what sights should I buy should I use the A2 sight thats on it or would I be better off with a low profile gas block and new front sight? All your opinions and suggestions are welcome....Thanks

If you're going to use it for the range and hunting with the iron sights, may I ask why you need a rail? The original sights will be more than adequate for your anticipated uses. You'll have better results with the small aperture.

Obviously, but you should use the original guards until you decide to add the home defense mode, if ever. Otherwise you'r carrying around more weight and more places to snag on something. Don't do anything just for looks.
