I have a tango down grip that I used to have on a YHM quad rail. Well I sold that upper, and now I have the same grip on a Troy quad rail. The problem is there is a lot of play in the grip now. I think the YHM rail was a little wider, and sripped off some of the plastic. What can I do to get this grip to have less play in it the way it's set up now?

I have heard some get results by using a zip tie thru the two spring loaded slots.  I do not use a TD grip so can not confirm.

Not sure if there is anything you can do besides buy a bew one..Maybe you can sell the one you have currently to the same person you sold the upper to since you know if fits..only option I can think of is to add some epoxy possibly..

Is it quick release?  If so, you can try tightening the screw, which adjusts the tightness of the fit.  If not quick release, don't know...

It's not the quick release one, it's just the basic grip. I was thinking of trying glue, I'll probobly give it a shot.
thanks all

So I tried this first. it worked out very well. Thanks for the tip. The grip is as secure as it was when it was new.

You a MP at Ft. Bragg? I was there from 96-01 in the 118th, 108th, and 65th.
